Privacy Policy
Effective November 5, 2026 · Last updated November 5, 2026
This policy explains what information Hallucid Solutions, LLC collects through this website, how it is used, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not just filed away.
Who we are
This website is operated by Hallucid Solutions, LLC, a domestic limited liability company registered in Utah, United States (Utah entity number 14756758-0160). We trade publicly as Hallucid Solutions and work with clients internationally on a remote basis.
This policy covers hallucidsolutions.com and the enquiries you send us through it. It applies to visitors, prospective clients and clients. Separate client contracts may add their own confidentiality and data terms; where they do, those agreements sit alongside this policy.
Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to respond to you and run the website:
- Enquiry details. When you use the contact form or an email link, your message opens in your own email app. Whatever you choose to send — typically your name, email address and a description of your project — reaches us as an ordinary email.
- Business and project information you share voluntarily while we discuss or deliver work, such as goals, materials and approvals.
- Communications you send us by email or through social channels we link to.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure processes standard connection data such as IP address, browser and device type in order to serve pages and keep the site secure.
This website does not offer visitor accounts, does not run advertising, and does not currently use analytics or marketing tracking tools.
How we use information
- Responding to your enquiries and requests
- Preparing proposals and delivering agreed services
- Communicating with you about work in progress
- Improving the website and our services
- Keeping the website secure and preventing misuse
- Meeting legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
Third-party service providers
We keep this list limited to what is genuinely in use:
- Lovable Cloud hosts this website and stores the site content you see (such as portfolio items and contact details shown on pages). Standard hosting logs are processed as part of serving the site.
- Email. Enquiries are sent through your own email application to our mailbox, so your email provider and ours process those messages.
We may add analytics or other tools in future. If we do, this policy will be updated before they are switched on, and any consent required will be asked for first.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use tracking pixels. Only storage that is strictly necessary for the site to function may be used. Because there is no non-essential tracking, there is no cookie consent banner; if that changes, we will ask for your consent before optional cookies are set.
Legal bases for processing
Where privacy laws require a stated basis, we rely on:
- Your enquiry or request — taking steps at your request before or during a contract
- Legitimate interests — running, securing and improving the website and responding to business enquiries
- Legal obligations — records we must keep for tax, accounting or similar requirements
Data retention and deletion
We keep enquiry emails and project correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request, deliver any agreed work and meet legal or accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see Your rights below.
Data security
Access to business correspondence and site administration is restricted to the people who need it, and the website is served over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
International data transfers
We work remotely and serve clients internationally. Our hosting and email providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer for cross-border transfers.
Your rights and how to exercise them
Depending on where you live — including under U.S. state laws and other international privacy laws that may apply — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@hallucidsolutions.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not treat you differently for making a request.
Marketing communications
We do not run marketing mailing lists from this website. If that changes, any marketing email will include a clear way to unsubscribe, and we will honour it promptly.
Children's privacy
This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to third-party sites such as social platforms and client websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website or our services change. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
Contact us about privacy
